Junior Cricket 2011

Junior cricket has now finished for the 2011 season, we will be starting again in April 2012.  If you are interested in playing junior cricket at Lilleshall for the 2012 season, please get in touch with us via Admin  (admin©lilleshallcricket•org•uk)  .  We hope to organise some Winter nets for existing junior members and we will be in touch about the arrangements for this.

Senior Nets 2012

Senior nets have been booked at Lilleshall National Sports Centre for the following dates:

Sunday Dates:

  • 4th March
  • 11th March
  • 18th March
  • 25th March

Wednesday Dates:

  • 4th April
  • 11th April

Nets are booked from 6:30pm – 8:30pm for all dates and there will be charge of £3.00 per person – no pay; no play!  For more information contact Rob Bagshaw  (robbagshaw1986©googlemail•com)  

Junior Nets 2012

These commence at Thomas Telford School from Thursday 2 Feb 2012 for six weeks:

  • 2nd Feb
  • 9th Feb
  • 23rd Feb
  • 1st March
  • 8th March
  • 15th March

Note: there are no nets on 16th Feb as this is half-term week

Because of the large number of juniors that we need to cater for, we are using a rota system to use the time as effectively as we can.  The rotas have been drawn up by the head coaches and it is essential for the management of numbers that you stick to your allocated groups.  Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate requests to change groups or swap weeks; if you attend on a week you are not due to be there, you will not be allowed to take part in the session.

We will advise parents directly of their scheduled dates for attendance, fees should be £3.00 per session unless attending all sessions, paid up front, in which case we will discount the fee payable by the price of one session.  Any net profit (excuse the pun) after hire charges have been paid will be used to purchase junior match balls and junior kit.

Should it be necessary to cancel a session, we will do our best to provide as much notice as possible; hopefully this will not be necessary.

For reference, groups have been colour coded as follows:

  • ORANGE GROUP – these are existing and new u15s
  • GREEN GROUP – this is the first group of nominated u13s
  • BlUE GROUP - this is the second group of nominated u13s
  • RED GROUP – these are nominated u11s
